Pool
✓Shower before entering the pool.
✓Children in and around the pool only under adult supervision.
✕No jumping in from the parapet or other raised places.
✕Don't jump in when others are swimming nearby.
✕No glassware and no alcohol in glass in the pool area.
✓Alcohol in unbreakable containers is fine if you leave the place clean.
✓Dry your feet and put shoes on before going inside.
✓When you leave, take all your rubbish with you — to the container.
The pool is open 08:00–22:00. Swimming is not allowed after 22:00.
Sunbeds and belongings
✓When you leave, take all your belongings: towels, clothes, children's things, toys.
✕Don't leave belongings on the sunbeds, tables or anywhere in the pool area.
✕Don't reserve sunbeds with towels or clothes while you are away.
The sunbeds and the pool area are for everyone. Unattended items may be collected by the staff and kept at the lost-property point.
Cleanliness and waste
✓The small bins on the grounds take small litter only.
✕No bottles, diapers or household waste in the bins.
✓Household waste goes to the containers.
✓Spilled or stained something — tell the cleaner during cleaning hours, otherwise clean it up yourself.
Especially in the lobby, on the stairs and by the pool: ice cream and drinks leave stains.
Cleaning of common areas
✓Cleaning: Monday to Saturday, 08:00–16:00. Sunday is a day off.
✓Noticed a mess during those hours — tell the cleaner.
✓Outside those hours, clean up what you, your children or your guests caused.
Quiet hours
✕No loud music or noisy gatherings.
✓After 23:00, keep quiet in all common areas.
✕No table tennis after 23:00.
✓Tidy the area and fold the table away after playing.
The courtyard carries an ordinary night-time conversation into many apartments.
Gazebo
✓The gazebo is for residents and guests to rest and socialise.
✓Alcohol is allowed in the gazebo.
✓Until 23:00 the gazebo is open to everyone who follows the house rules.
✕From 23:00 to 08:00 the gazebo keeps quiet hours: no loud conversation, music or noisy groups.
✕No alcohol in the gazebo after 00:00.
Birthdays, shared events and other pre-arranged gatherings are an exception when agreed with the manager and, where needed, with the neighbours. The event must still not disturb the other residents.
Drains
✓Only toilet paper goes down the toilet.
✕Wet wipes and paper towels.
✕Hygiene products and cotton buds.
✕Diapers, food waste and any foreign objects.
This season — two emergency call-outs and two replaced pumps, €1,870, paid from the complex's funds.
Common areas
✕No alcohol in the lobby, elevators or stairwells.
✕No smoking inside the building.
✓Outdoors, cigarette butts go in the ashtrays.
✕No bare or wet feet in the lobby, elevators or stairwells.
✓Open glass doors by the handle — don't push on the glass.
✕No bikes, strollers, shoes or belongings in passages and common areas.
✕No laundry or items on the balcony above the railing line.
Wet footprints and smudges on the glass are cleaned off by hand — please respect the staff's work.
Renting out your apartment
✓Send your guests the link to these rules before they arrive.
✓The page opens in five languages on its own.
The owner must make sure their tenants and guests know the house rules.
